The ravages of time and circumstance often sculpt my inner landscape until it resembles something like this~though wizened and austere….there is the old souledness gained through years of adversity and the hidden strength that comes from holding on through the impossibilities….all because of God!On the banks of Loch Tulla in March 2011 in the Scottish Highlands, wind-sculpted trees emerge momentarily during a snowstorm. Piles of powder and extreme cold made last winter one of the region’s harshest in decades.
